$80,000 Settlement in Student Housing Discrimination Lawsuit

Peter Savio, a Hawaii Developer, and the U.S. Justice Department agreed to a settlement of $80,000 after being accused that three of his student complexes were rejecting applicants with children. The case claims that these potential tenants were declined because of their family status and no other reason.
