Why it matters
After an accident, the insurance company has a plan. You should have one too.
The other driver's insurer, or the store's, or the hospital's, starts working on the claim right away, and the adjuster's job is to resolve it on terms that suit the insurance company. Meanwhile you are dealing with pain, appointments, missed work and bills that keep arriving.
It is hard to know whether you even have a case, what it might be worth, or who to trust. That is not a failing on your part. You shouldn't have to become a legal expert to be treated fairly after someone else's mistake.
How it works
Three steps, and you stay in control
Tell us what happened
Four short questions about the accident, your injuries and how to reach you. It takes about two minutes.
Talk to a lawyer, free
A lawyer who handles your type of case contacts you, listens, and explains your options in plain language.
Decide what's right for you
No pressure. If you hire them, get the fee terms in writing first. If you don't, you owe nothing.
What waiting can cost
Some doors close quietly
- Every claim has a legal deadline. Miss it and the claim can be lost for good, however strong it was. Claims against a city or state agency can require written notice much sooner.
- Evidence fades. Camera footage gets recorded over, vehicles get repaired, and witnesses forget.
- Early statements stick. What you tell an insurer in a recorded call can be used later to value or deny your claim.
- A fast offer can be a small one. An early settlement may not cover treatment you haven't had yet, and once you sign a release, the claim is usually over.
What getting help looks like
Your bills handled by the people responsible, and your time spent getting better.
A lawyer deals with the insurers, gathers the records, and tells you honestly what your claim is worth, so you can make decisions with the facts in front of you instead of a stack of letters.

Questions people ask first
Does a case review cost anything?
No. The review is free and you are under no obligation to hire anyone. Most personal injury lawyers also work on a contingency fee, which means their fee comes out of what they recover for you, and you owe no fee if they recover nothing. Confirm the percentage and how case costs are handled, in writing, before you sign.
How do I know if I even have a case?
Usually you need three things: someone else was at fault, you were hurt, and the injury cost you something, such as medical bills, lost pay, or pain that changed your daily life. You do not need to be sure before you ask. Sorting that out is what the review is for.
What happens after I send the form?
We pass your answers to a lawyer who handles your type of case. They contact you, usually by phone, to ask a few questions and tell you what options you have. Nothing is decided without you.
Who sees my information?
Million Dollar Lawyer and the lawyer or firm we connect you with. Read the consent note under the form and our privacy policy for the details.
Is this legal advice?
Not by itself. Sending a request does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential details until you have spoken with a lawyer and decided to work together.
