How it works
The Straight-Answer Plan: choose a lawyer in three steps
Search your area
Enter a ZIP code or city to see every personal injury firm nearby, ranked by Google rating weighted for review count. Nobody pays for position.
See the results they report
Each profile lists the $1M+ verdicts and settlements the firm reports on its own website, with a link to where it says so.
Call, or send your request
Call a firm, or send your request from its profile. We forward it to that firm, and to no other firm. It costs nothing to ask.
Browse by state
Starting with Michigan
We're building the directory one state at a time. More states are on the way.
Browse by case type
Find a lawyer for your kind of case
Firms whose own websites list the practice area, or that report $1M+ results in that kind of case. Michigan for now.

What "million dollar" means here
A firm earns the gold badge by reporting at least one verdict or settlement of $1 million or more on its own website. We link every amount to its source, and label it as the firm's own report until we verify it.
Independently confirmed only where marked ✓. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

How to find a personal injury lawyer
- Start with your kind of case. A lawyer who handles car crashes may not take a malpractice case. Browse by case type above, or search your city.
- Look past the stars. Read the rating with its review count, and check what results a firm reports and where it says so.
- Get the fee in writing. In Michigan, the fee in a personal injury, wrongful death or no-fault benefits case can't be more than one-third of the recovery after case costs (MCR 8.121).
- Check the license. The State Bar of Michigan's member directory shows a lawyer's license status.
Don't wait for the perfect choice. Every claim has a legal deadline. After a Michigan car crash, for example, you must give your own auto insurer written notice within one year of the crash to protect your no-fault (PIP) benefits, unless it has already paid benefits for the injury (MCL 500.3145(1)).
A good choice looks like this: a lawyer you chose with the facts in front of you, the fee in writing before you sign, and someone else handling the insurer while you get better.
